Don’t suffer from buyer’s remorse! Learn to avoid the pitfalls that frequently trouble purchasers in new buildings during the transition from developer to association. Find out how to best address construction defects, punch-list items, accounting issues and the transfer of control to the Board. Bring your questions and any concerns regarding your building. Our panelists will be hosting an extended Q&A session following the presentation to help you solve your issues so you can enjoy your new home.
