AVIXA Women's Council: Tampa Int'l Airport -SkyCenter|ONE Tour & Luncheon

Please join us for a live Technology and Luncheon event, on Tuesday, May 28th, with the AVIXA Women's Council Tampa Bay! Our event will begin inside the main terminal at Tampa International Airport where we will have our luncheon and then conclude at SkyCenter | ONE where we will receive a tour of how the airport supports a positive employee experience. This collaborative project was a partnership with AVI-SPL, Crestron, Logitech, 22 Miles, Barco, Microsoft Teams and Nanolumens. With additional partnerships with Chief, C2G, Peerless AV, Q-SYS,Samsung and Shure – all contributing to this innovative space!

Our tour begins promptly 11:30am where we will begin our tour in the main terminal on the 3rd floor. We will meet at Phoebe the Flamingo do the quick tour of the AV enhancements in the terminal. We will have our lunch event at the Hard Rock Café at 12:00 noon. Then, for all who want to continue with the optional tour, we will head over to SkyCenter | ONE via “People Mover” where we have a conference room booked from 1:00pm-2:00pm to talk about the facility.

Plan on learning from this wonderful project as our tour guide will be AVI-SPL’s Senior Account Manager, Rebecca Criswell, who has been working on this project since its inception. And of course, having great conversations with your industry peers for lunch and refreshments at the Hard Rock Café!

PARKING: Please park in the Tampa International Long Term Parking garage– this is less expensive than short-term or economy. Take the elevators to the 4th Floor Main Terminal, then head down to the 3rd floor to find Phoebe! Parking fees are not included in the event – so please carpool if you can!
