During this discussion, we will present our methods of automating decision intelligence and discussing how to apply these capabilities within various industries and cases.  This workshop is valuable for anyone leading the data analytics capability within your organisation.
The Automated Decision Intelligence Architecture (ADIA) is an enterprise approach to data management and data analysis developed by Pretty Good Knowledge and the approach enables organisations to ensure their investments in data are meaningful, measurable and scalable. The goal of the approach to is to adopt standard data management models enabling the business to manage business outcomes by steering the data acquisition process in coordination with desired business objectives, whether the data is resident in the storage infrastructure of the enterprise or imported from outside sources. 
When viewed from a knowledge perspective, the ADIA data management cycle becomes increasingly more effective as the knowledge about data, data management business rules, and the increasing automation of data management processes mature throughout the organisation’s workflow over time. ADIA embraces key principles like data integrity, privacy, and security by design. “By design” means that a “positive control” system ensuring data integrity, privacy, and security is not an after-thought, rather that it provides an in-depth capability to manage these kinds of sensitive data wherever and whenever they appear within the organisation, whether at rest or in motion, from data acquisition through downstream data enrichment and data correlation processes, and wherever data is shared with partner organisations.
