My names is Lucy Noguera and I am an both an independent publisher at Brilliant Monsters Books and a children's author. I have organised and delivered over 100 school events over the past 2 years, both in person and online for children between the ages or 3 and 11. From a school with just 2 children in Scotland by zoom to delivering a whole school assembly in person with over 700 children and staff attending in London!
As an ex -teacher and Advisory Teacher for Reading, I know what will make for a fun and engaging and therefore a successful event for everyone; the teachers, the author and of course the children! I can answer any questions you might have and help you to start to plan ahead, planning ahead is the key, and the way to ensure that everything goes smoothly! This is designed as an introductory session, there will be further sessions available to go into more details. You will come away from this session with some key areas of planning(specific to you) to focus on to prepare for the next stage.
