This event will take place online. Join us in a discussion with comic book team, write, Matt Braly, and illustrator AInsworth Lin as we talk about their comic book career and theirdebut graphic novel, Family Force V!

Matt Braly is an Annie Award winning Thai/American animator, writer, director, producer, voice actor, and storyboard artist. He is most well known for creating and showrunning Disney's Amphibia - a cult classic Emmy nominated animated show about three teen girls who get sent to a magical & dangerous world of talking frogs. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, Matt has worked on hits such as Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Mitchels Vs The Machines, and Big City Greens. He is also the author of "Marcy's Journal - a guide to Amphibia" which was released by Tokyopop in 2022. Born and raised in Northern California, Matt studied at California Institute of the Arts before starting his career at Dreamworks SKG in 2010.

Ainsworth Lin is a Chinese/American character designer born and raised in Southern California. After graduating from the Art Center College of Design in 2018, he went on to work in the industry as a freelance artist. Studios he has worked with include Titmouse, Powerhouse Animation, Wildbrain, and Greyscale Animation. He’s food motivated and loves rotund wooden animal carvings.
