Come join us to listen to author Inayath Mohamed read from his memoir The World Doesn't Suck and Other Stories. It is filled with humourous stories from his personal experiences from inside and outside the classroom while working as an elementary school teacher in Indonesia, Oman, Singapore, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand.

The World Doesn’t Suck and Other Stories is a memoir in three parts. The first part is a collection of short stories of some humorous things Inayath experienced while teaching in Indonesia, Oman, Singapore, Bangladesh, New Zealand and Saudi Arabia. The second part is a collection of whacky photographs taken in different parts of the world Inayath has visited. The third part is a compilation of funny things elementary school children say. Inayath kept a notebook on his desk in his classrooms and quickly wrote down some of the keepers with the hope of publishing them one day.
