About the authors:

Steve Guttenberg is a beloved Hollywood actor, known for his role in films including Diner, Police Academy, Short Circuit, Three Men and a Baby, and television shows including Ballers and Veronica Mars. He’s a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and has received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He has hosted Saturday Night Live and his films have grossed billions of dollars at the international box office. He wrote and is currently starring in the play, Tales from the Guttenberg Bible, telling stories from his career in Hollywood. His previous books include the memoir The Guttenberg Bible (2012) and the children’s book The Kids from D.I.S.C.O. (2014).

Jake "Body by Jake®" Steinfeld is a pioneering icon in the fitness industry. He created the personal fitness training industry over 40 years ago and was a dominant force in home fitness equipment sales and infomercials. He launched the first 24-hour fitness TV network, FiTTV®, and later ExerciseTV®, an On-Demand fitness network.

Jake co-founded the sports nutrition company DON’T QUIT! with partners Keurig Dr. Pepper and LA Libations. He served as Chairman of the California Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness & Sports and the National Foundation for Governors’ Fitness Councils®, promoting fitness in schools nationwide.

Jake also founded Major League Lacrosse®, was an Olympic torchbearer for the 2012 London Games, and created the Don’t Quit! Soundtrack. He is an NY Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling author and an avid film and TV producer, with works including the award-winning film THE GRIZZLIES and various Broadway productions.
