Join a growing alumni community of 60+ Women of Color who lead and live authentically! Rachel Vicente and Vanity Jenkins lead an incredible six-week journey through a virtual fellowship designed for women of color looking to define their authentic selves in their careers and explore how white supremacy culture and internalized racial oppression impact their competence and confidence at work. This unique fellowship is both a leadership and professional development experience for an often overlooked group in the professional space.

Each week will feature a new masterclass topic where you’ll learn various frameworks and tools while completing tailored exercises to help clarify your authentic self. You’ll walk away with confidence in who you are, clarity of the next steps in your career, and a community of other women of color who are alongside this journey with you.

For those who desire individualized support and contextualized learning, we’re offering two optional executive coaching add-ons. You will be able to receive biweekly coaching from either facilitator throughout the fellowship experience.

The fellowship kicks off Wednesday, April 17th and runs until May 22nd 6-8pm EST. There are only 14 spots available in this cohort, so register now!

Who is this best for?

This fellowship is best for women of color who:

• Want to feel empowered about their strengths, identity, and experiences
• Want to join a community of other like-minded women of color who are also defining and living into their authentic selves.

• Are at a crossroads in their career and aren’t sure about their next steps
• Want to experience more personalized and specific growth in understanding their identity markers

This fellowship is best for sponsoring employers who:

• Want to invest and support Women of Color, specifically
• Believe that Women of Color deserve high-quality support and development and should not have to pay out of pocket
• Want equity-minded leadership development and may not have the capacity or skills to provide it internally

Logistics:

There are three tiers for engagement and support in the fellowship :

• Baseline: $1299 includes six masterclasses (12 hours of content facilitation), community building and knowledge sharing in an intimate setting, tailored exercises, access to a network of 60+ Women of Color, opportunity to join the June in-person retreat, concrete examples and actionable next steps for everyone who joins.
• Intensive: $1599 includes everything in the baseline level PLUS 30 minutes of executive coaching every other week with either Vanity or Rachel
• Immersive: $1899 includes everything in the baseline PLUS 1 hour of executive coaching every other week with either Vanity or Rachel

Payment Information:

We are highly encouraging companies to sponsor their women of color employees. We know that might not be possible and you might need to pay a portion or all of the fellowship cost. The options are as allows:

• My company will be sponsoring me and will be paying in full by April 12th, 2024
• I will be paying for my registration in full by April 12th, 2024
• I will be paying for my registration on a payment plan (Payment 1 Due April 12th, 2024 and Payment 2 will be due May 22nd, 2024)
• I am interested in a scholarship
