Aura Yoga: Where Energy Meets AwarenessHave you ever wondered what it actually feels like to sense your own energy or to see it?Aura Yoga is a new kind of practice that blends yoga (with a focus on bandhas and drishti), qigong, breathwork, visualization, meditation, and energetic practices into one flowing experience. This isn't about perfecting a pose, it's about learning a skill most of us were never taught: how to feel prana move, and how energy follows attention.Through gentle asana, energy locks (bandhas), and focused gazing (drishti), you'll begin to sensitize your awareness to the subtle physical sensations of energy in and around your body, and use drishti as a gateway to actually see your own aura.What we'll explore:<ul><li>Yoga postures with an emphasis on bandhas (energy locks) and drishti (focused gaze)</li><li>Qigong movement to build energetic awareness</li><li>Breathwork to direct and expand prana</li><li>Visualization and meditation to deepen sensitivity</li><li>Techniques for perceiving subtle energy, including your own aura</li></ul>Who this is for: Total beginners welcome. No yoga experience, flexibility, or "woo-woo" background required just curiosity and a willingness to slow down and pay attention.What to bring: A yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind.Come discover what your energy actually feels like and what happens when awareness leads the way.
