Yes! Aura Matchmaking is inclusive and welcoming to all singles. Everyone is encouraged to attend and meet others in a safe, respectful, and supportive space.

Expect a relaxed meet‑and‑greet style experience with lightly guided connection activities, social mingling, and opportunities to meet multiple people throughout the event. No speed‑dating pressure — just organic and real connection.

4. What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non‑refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled, postponed without a new date, or otherwise not delivered as advertised — as required by Eventbrite’s Organizer Refund Policy. We follow all required refund exceptions and respond to refund‑related messages within 5 business day

5. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes — tickets are fully transferable to another guest at no extra cost. If you can no longer attend, email us at joinauramatchmaking@gmail.com and we will update the attendee information for you.
