This month's program features entrepreneur Chris Young. After 25 years in accounting and finance for mega-brands like KPMG LLP, Invesco Real Estate Advisors, and Goldman Sachs, Chris left the corporate world in 2020 to launch a single-family residential lending platform, Cornerstone Home Investments (CHI).

Since its launch Chris has grown CHI to $90 million in loans under management across four, closed-end funds.

Chris contributes his expertise in deal sourcing, management, operations, finance, and accounting as the full-time Managing Member for Firm Foundation Investments and the CHI portfolio.

While growing the CHI business, Chris also served for four years as CFO of Preston Trail Community Church.

Chris and his wife, Kim, have two children and live in Frisco, Texas.
