<DIV CLASS="_1mf _1mj"><SPAN>Our August Friday Night Throwdown will take place on Friday, August 25th, at Bluegrass Barbell. Check in and sign a waiver at 6:30pm and we will get started at 7pm. PLEASE SIGN UP IN ADVANCE so that we can plan out heats, but you are welcome to walk in also.</SPAN></DIV>
