How will we track results?

Using my fitness and nutrition app, you will be able to pick each workout, schedule it accordingly, and track your progress.

I have an injury, will I still be able to participate in everything?

Absolutely! I will provide 2-4 options of workouts for each muscle group so you can pick and choose what works best for you. This challenge is designed to be flexible and adaptable to each and every participants personal goals and needs.

Will this be an in-person event or virtual?

This will be a virtual challenge, where we meet weekly via video chat. If you live in San Diego and would like to do in person training, please let me know at hello@gourmetgainswithgab.com and we can plan that separately.
