This is an outdoor event with limited shade, please be ready to enjoy the sun. Examples: sunscreen, hat, sandals/flip flops

What should stay at home?

Please no outside food and beverages, no towels (we provide), no smoking, no smoking devices, no pool floats

Are pool floats allowed?

No

What is the cancellation policy?

While we hope every Thursday and Friday are warm and sunny, inclement weather does happen in St. Louis. Should the Hotel cancel the event due to weather guests will be refunded. Any guest cancellations are non-refundable.

Am I allowed to use the swimming pool?

Yes, paid tickets will be allowed to utilize the swimming pool during Au Soleil Thursday & Friday hours.

Can I use the pool prior to 5:30PM or after 8:00PM?

Pool access is not available for ticketed guests prior to the Au Soleil Thursday start time of 5:30PM or after the 8:00PM closing time.
