This class takes place inside a classroom and outside in the Theodore Payne Foundation gardens! Please come prepared with water, sun protection, and closed-toe shoes.
Maryanne Pittman is the Director of Public Programs at the Theodore Payne Foundation, where she shares her affinty for local plants and wildlife. With degrees in Fine Art and Biology, she's a Certified California Naturalist, specializing in conservation education. During her graduate studies, she concentrated on urban greening, sustainability, and the crucial role of native plants.
