Great question! Atlantic East's stunning and private location is both a blessing and a curse. When turning off Rt. 24 onto Camp Arrowhead Road, Atlantic East is just 3 miles down on your left; quietly tucked into the gorgeous woodlands on the Rehoboth Bay. Peaceful and off the beaten path.
While some of the homes we offer are on pilings for that extra-coastal aesthetic, we also offer regular foundation homes with less stairs. All of our piling home floor plans have optional elevators for easier access to the upper levels, and ALL of our floor plans feature convenient luxury designs!
