Athlete Mental performance Workshop
Boost your game with pro tips on focus, motivation, and mental toughness at our Athlete Mental Performance Workshop!
Most athletes train their body. Few ever train what's between their ears — and that's exactly where the gap lives.
The Mental Edge Workshop is a 1-night live experience brought to you as part of Grind-SZN 2026, designed specifically for athletes and their parents to sit in the same room, learn together, and walk away with a shared language for high performance.
Led by Jordan Sanders, LCSW, NASM-CPT — Director of Mental Health & Performance — this session goes beyond motivation and gets into the real work: building the habits, perspective, and execution skills that allow you to perform at your best when it matters most.
What you'll walk away with:
- A clear understanding of how mental performance actually works
- Practical tools for managing pressure, adversity, and self-doubt
- A framework parents can use to support — not hinder — their athlete's growth
- Strategies that bridge mental health, sport performance, and daily life
This isn't a lecture. This is a room full of people serious about going to the next level — and a speaker equipped to help them get there.
