Most athletes train their body. Few ever train what's between their ears — and that's exactly where the gap lives.

The Mental Edge Workshop is a 1-night live experience brought to you as part of Grind-SZN 2026, designed specifically for athletes and their parents to sit in the same room, learn together, and walk away with a shared language for high performance.

Led by Jordan Sanders, LCSW, NASM-CPT — Director of Mental Health & Performance — this session goes beyond motivation and gets into the real work: building the habits, perspective, and execution skills that allow you to perform at your best when it matters most.

What you'll walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of how mental performance actually works
  • Practical tools for managing pressure, adversity, and self-doubt
  • A framework parents can use to support — not hinder — their athlete's growth
