This program is designed to help athletes of all levels enhance their skills and reach their full potential. Whether you're a parent, coach, or a youth athlete, don't miss this opportunity to learn from a licensed clinical psychologist and a former professional athlete in a supportive environment. Groups will meet weekly for 4 weeks with Dr. Rob Daniels, a licensed clinical psychologist, and Juwan Brescacin, a former professional athlete.

Athletes will learn how to:

  1. Develop winning habits
  2. Control your attention
  3. React to events with optimism, grit & resilience
  4. Demonstrate the social-emotional skills to be a leader
  5. Get "in the zone," have more fun, and perform at their best

Coaches and Parents will learn how to:

  1. Create a positive team culture
  2. Connect with players from diverse backgrounds and unique experiences
  3. Set goals, motivate, inspire, and make a difference in the lives of young people
