The ATFWG researches and facilitates resolutions to identified ATF energy accounting issues that arise among participants that use the Bulk Electric System in the Western Interconnection to maintain load-interchange-generation balance.

The ISAS develops scheduling, tagging, and accounting practices and procedures among participants in the Western Interconnection.
