Join us for an engaging, hands-on Asthma Workshop designed to provide valuable tools, resources, and information for managing asthma, reducing indoor triggers, and supporting lung health.Speaker, Jessica Schuman, RN, BSN, AE-C, CTTS, Asthma Program Manager at Breathe Pennsylvania, will cover key topics like recognizing asthma symptoms, understanding common household triggers, and improving indoor air quality.Speaker, Laura Kuster, Program and Education Manager at Group Agaisnt Smog &amp; Pollution (GASP) will cover an overview of the causes of air pollution, air quality monitoring methods, and actionable strategies for families and communities to improve indoor and outdoor air quality through household practices, advocacy, and community initiatives. Open to All! Even if no one in your household has asthma, you’ll benefit from learning practical ways to improve indoor air quality and reduce allergens at home.
