This workshop helps participants understand their current assertiveness level, build self-awareness and confidence, and apply assertive communication techniques in both language and behavior. Through structured frameworks and practical techniques, participants learn how to speak up, handle criticism, say no professionally, and manage conflict without damaging relationships.
