This VIRTUAL program will cover the principles of boundary setting and speaking up for yourself with strangers and in your various relationship circles. Learn to stay calm in stressful situations. Prepare to increase your self-awareness, confidence and empowerment. The program instructors are from IMPACT Boston, a nationally-recognized safety &amp; self-defense program.
There is no charge for this program but space is limited, so we ask that you only register if you are certain you can participate. ZOOM confirmation information will be sent to registrants in advance of August 3rd.

Is there a minimum age requirement to participate in the workshop? 
This workshop is recommended for women ages 18+.
If I sign up, is it okay if a friend or family member watches/participates with me?
Yes, that is fine!
