This VIRTUAL program will cover the principles of boundary setting and speaking up for yourself with strangers and in your various relationship circles. Learn to stay calm in stressful situations. Prepare to increase your self-awareness, confidence and empowerment. The program instructors are from IMPACT Boston, a nationally-recognized safety &amp; self-defense program.<aside>There is no charge for this program but space is limited, so we ask that you only register if you are certain you can participate.
