Chef LT Smith, Gennaro Garcia, Greg Hawk, and Chris Benitez come together to spotlight one of their favorite producers in a setting you wouldn’t expect, where each pour carries a story shaped by the space and the artist behind it.
Featuring Vino Bohemio by Lechuza Winery, alongside our dear friend and artist Gennaro Garcia.
ASSEMBLAGE is a guided, immersive experience that exists at the intersection of food, wine, art, and curiousity. Expect themes of corn, mushrooms, and Día de los Muertos woven throughout the night as you explore, taste, pause, and hopefully lose track of what came first in the best way.
The evening moves through tastings of Vino Bohemio out of Valle de Guadalupe (Blancs, Tempranillo, Nebbiolo), guided by Gennaro’s artwork. His pieces capture the feeling inside every bottle as seen through his lens. Chef LT pairs each moment with thoughtful bites, all set within a space curated by Hawk to bring the entire experience into sync.
This is not a formal dinner. Not quite a tasting. Not exactly an exhibition either. Just a night built to be experienced piece by piece.
