Bounce Innovation Hub is the region’s first open innovation hub serving northeast Ohio’s entrepreneurial and innovation community. Located in downtown Akron in the former B.F. Goodrich plant, we are more than 300,000 square feet and nine floors filled with tech startups, small businesses, creative organizations and coworking and event space.Through our programs, facilities and partners, Bounce encourages open collaboration fostering connections, collisions and catalysts among diverse groups. We look to engage innovators — startup founders, small businesses, large corporations, investors, makers, artists and universities. AEP is 10-week cohort program for aspiring business owners. Registration for the program is free, but there is a $75 book and materials fee

The Aspiring Entrepreneur Program includes business development-focused workshops combined with confidential, one-on-one counseling in the areas of business management, financial literacy and marketing. The program is led by Ace Epps, Bounce entrepreneur in residence and small business advisor.Attendees will receive:<ul><li>Strategic planning</li><li>Business validation</li><li>Certification support</li><li>Mentoring</li><li>Networking events</li></ul>This program is perfect for:<ul><li>Anyone with a business idea</li><li>Anyone who wants to start a nonprofit</li><li>New business owners</li><li>Underemployed</li><li>Students</li><li>Artists/creatives </li><li>Reentry</li></ul>PLEASE NOTE: Registration is for a 10-week program, beginning on Monday, Sept. 30, 2019, 5:30-7 p.m. at Bounce and running every Monday until program conclusion on Nov. 25.
