Description : We will be reviewing all the building design topics we covered this year and also discussing potential risks in building design.

Compressed Air Systems

Presenter(s): Adam Zimmerman, Critical Air Specialist (Metropolitan Air Compressor Co.)

Description: This program will cover the basics and what you need to know in order to design a system according to best practices and provide an awareness level training on the various types of compressors, along with control types (including VFD) and proper setup for multiple compressor systems. We will discuss filtration and drying equipment to achieve various qualities of compressed air, storage application and sizing as well as piping types, including benefits and installation best practices. We will cover energy efficiency with regards to controls and best practices to ensure the most efficient and reliable compressed air system design.
