<p>We invite you to join our five course Vietnamese Cajun inspired dinner, paired with five of our beers. This menu is curated by Aslin chef Taylor Gates. Taylor  has 10+ years of culinary experience, and has been a chef in 3 of the 5 Michelin-rated restaurants in New York City. Taylor has refined his skills of melting the traditional with the modern for distinct, flavorful creations. We are very excited to welcome you to an evening of sensory adventure!</p><p>Tickets are $75. The initial deposit is $50, with the rest to be paid at the end of the dinner.</p>
