Do you have specific questions about how to use computers or find your way around the Internet?

PLEASE CALL 313-481-1821 TO RESERVE YOUR SPOT (APPOINTMENTS ARE IN 20 MINUTE INCREMENTS)

Reserve one on one assistance with a Technology Assistant who will answer your tech questions using a Detroit Public Library computer. Ask anything from basic computer skills, social media, Microsoft Office, how to print an email, how to reserve an e-book, how to use DPL databases, setup online accounts, etc.

Unfortunately, due to the countless number of phone and laptop brands around, there will be LITTLE to NO ASSISTANCE for your personal devices.

Please note: We do not troubleshoot or fix malfunctioning devices, handle viruses or virus software, download and/or install hardware, or participate in credit card or payment transactions.

NOTE:

Please bring or have all relevant usernames and passwords to access the accounts you need help with, ie. Facebook, G-Mail, etc.
