The Annual Meeting is going to be held at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management. There will be a discounted room rate at Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel next door.

The event includes a keynote talk, three plenary sessions and a variety of activities for the conference participants to connect with each other. Furthermore, it includes the ASEMFL Board meeting, the ASEMFL Members meeting and the induction of new ASEMFL members. Finally, the event includes presentations by rising starts in science, engineering, and medicine, as well as a poster session by Ph.D. students and post-docs.
