The 2024 ASEMFL Meeting is organized by the ASEMFL Annual Meeting Planning Committee (Len Pinchuk (chair), Michael Georgiopoulos, Yogi Goswami, Paul Sanberg, Omaida Velazquez)

We welcome all interested stakeholders (faculty, industry, government professionals, as well as students and other stakeholders) to attend the exciting cadre of the 2024 Annual Meeting presenters.

The event starts with the Induction Ceremony for the new ASEMFL members. Furthermore, the event includes a keynote talk by Victor Dzau (NAM (National Academy of Medicine) President), three plenary sessions on topics such as Climate Change, From Genes to Proton Spins: Florida Doctors Leading Advances in Novel Bridging Technologies, University-Industry Entrepreneurship in Florida, and a variety of activities for the conference participants to connect with each other. Finally, it includes the ASEMFL Board meeting and the ASEMFL Members meeting. New features for the event (debuted last year and continued this year because of their success) are presentations by rising stars in science, engineering, and medicine, as well as a poster session by Ph.D. students and post-docs.
