Arts & Yoga - A Spring Creative Workshop

Join us for an inspiring afternoon of creative flow!

In today’s fast-paced world, at times we feel disconnected from our creativity. But the truth is that creativity lives within all of us. This workshop is an invitation to reconnect with that inner spark.

During this 2-hour immersive experience, we will begin with a gentle, intuitive yoga flow designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and enter a creative state. From there, we’ll transition into a guided drawing session where you’ll be encouraged to listen to your heart and express yourself freely.

This community gathering is all about nurturing creativity, deepening intuition, and connecting with like-minded, open-hearted souls.

​About your hosts

Clara is a Brussels-based artist and poet working in watercolour, charcoal and symbolist poetry. Through her Instagram cladsn_art - a visual notebook of art, poetry and city life - she's built a community drawn to slow, intentional creativity. Her work explores the wonder of everyday life and the universal threads that connect us. IG: @cladsn_art

Krisztina has been teaching yoga since 2023, holding space for students to find calm, presence and awareness through Vinyasa and Hatha style classes and curated workshops. She brings warmth, intention and care to everything she creates. She holds a safe and supportive space for students to connect with themselves and engage with the wisdom of yoga.
