Fountainhead is thrilled to announce the latest edition of Artists Open, a Miami-Dade County-wide open studios event series offering the public access to over 300 artist’s studios across the county. Held on May 11, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the Little Haiti, Little River, and North Miami neighborhood, event-goers are invited to explore over 70 studios located between 54th Street and 125th Street.

While Artists Open was formerly a one-day-only event, Fountainhead has re-envisioned the program in response to feedback from both the community and participating artists. Post-event surveys revealed that both audiences were eager to experience more artists’ studios across the county, but found it impossible to do so in a single day. This new approach offers multiple events per year focused in specific geographic areas.

Attendees can access a completely interactive guide at www.fountainheadarts.org/artistsopen that provides a list of participating artists and directions to their studios. Each participating artist studio will be clearly identified with an Artists Open banner, making it easy to locate artist studios on the day of the event.

The Fountainhead Experience membership program is for those who want to see the world differently and develop intimate relationships with artists and art appreciators. This season, Fountainhead members will be immersed in the local landscape, with behind-the-scenes tours of private collections, artist-led experiences , and more.
