Step into the world of "Authentic Storytelling," where young filmmakers are empowered to craft narratives that reflect their lived experiences and diverse perspectives. Participants delve into the art of proper representation in film, exploring the importance of telling stories that are genuine and uniquely their own.

Guided by AppleTV Producer and Blindness Consultant, Joe Strechay, budding filmmakers work through the process of identifying and amplifying their voices on screen. From script development to production, ensuring every step of the filmmaking process is infused with a commitment to authenticity and inclusivity.

Through exercises and engaging discussions, participants discover the power of storytelling as a catalyst for social change. "Authentic Storytelling" isn't just about making movies—it's about harnessing the power of film to challenge stereotypes, amplify underrepresented voices, and spark meaningful conversations.
