Be inspire by the beauty of the high desert through a creative Artist in Residence workshop with Lorraine Bubar! Participants will observe and capture local nature and turn them into pop-up cards using various paper art techniques. Lorraine will guide attendees through the process and share what she’s been working on throughout her residency at Elyze Clifford Interpretive Center.

This all-ages Artist in Residence workshop is perfect for nature lovers, artists, and anyone interested in exploring the intersection of art and environment.

The Artist in Residence workshops are open to participants of all ages. For programming specifically designed for children, we offer the monthly Young Artist Workshop, held at the Lancaster Museum of Art and History and the Elyze Clifford Interpretive Center.
