Machine learning is the science of getting computers to act without being explicitly programmed. In the past decade, machine learning has given us self-driving cars, practical speech recognition, effective web search, and a vastly improved understanding of the human genome. Machine learning is so pervasive today that you probably use it dozens of times a day without knowing it.

Instructors
Hamidreza Mahyar
Hamidreza is Co-founder & CEO at Assister.Ai, an AI-powered conversational AI assistant. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering at Sharif University of Technology in 2017. Hamidreza had been a research scholar at Boston University, MPI-SWS, and TU Wien, working on Machine Learning over Graphs. In addition to his research experience, he has also eleven years of experience in teaching Machine Learning and AI-related courses. Hamidreza is the former Director of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data Analytics team at Mahan Airline.
Ardalan Benam
Ardalan is an AI scientist at Flybits. He has applied AI and Machine learning to a wide range of problems while helping big financial institutes like Mastercard and TD through his career. In his previous startup, he built a conversational AI system for telephone systems. Ardalan has been teaching Machine Learning since he was a graduate student.
Requirements
No prior knowledge is required. This workshop is about incorporating AI in business and how to use AI from a business point of view. Basic mathematics might be useful to better understand the concepts
