Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program (AFEP) Class for seniors 55+. This class helps with all forms of arthritis.
Join Kelly Dorrough, certified Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program instructor, for this one-hour exercise class that helps manage all aspects of arthritis pain and improves flexibility and balance.
