Join us as we take our young budding Egyptologist on a journey to the afterlife. We will explore the myths surrounding the gods of the afterlife, mummification, and the Book of the Dead. After our afterlife adventure, we will create our own beaded face mask and jewelry based on the pieces in the Albany Institute Ancient Egypt Collection.

This art program is for students aged 6-8

The cost of the program is $25 non-members and $20 members

What is the age group for this art program?

This one-day art class is for students ages 6-8.

Do I have to supply my own art supplies or is there an extra fee for art supplies?

No, the art supplies are included in the cost of the program.

Is there a break for my student? Three hours is a long workshop!

Yes! There is a 15-minute break so please send your student to the workshop with a snack and drink.
