Consultation discussing the needs and necessary steps to improve the lives of Black Trans, Non-Binary and 2Sprit Afro-Indigenous

Art &amp; Talk - Ubuntu is hosting a drop-in for Black &amp; Afro-Indigenous Trans, Nonbinary, and Two-Spirit folks to socialize, make art, get a massage, and enjoy refreshments. Starting at 6:30 pm, the in-person drop-in will be followed by a hybrid group consultation to discuss the needs and necessary steps to improve the lives of Black &amp; Afro-Indigenous Trans, Nonbinary, and Two-Spirit people living with disabilities. The consultation is for anyone who identifies as disabled, including those of us who are self-diagnosed due to barriers within the medical-industrial complex.Please note masks are encouraged in the space to increase access. We also ask that for everyone's health and safety, folks who are sick the day of the event do not attend in person. To request an ASL interpreter, please reach out to us ASAP so we can have one present.
