Teaser: Amid December’s busyness and surface sparkle, we are invited to turn inward, nurture our inner glow, and find warmth in connection — not in things. Join us for a breathwork experience centered on community, embodiment, and the soft power of inner wintering.

Full Description:
The seasonal swirl around December can stir stress—holiday expectations, external pressures, and the push to “do more.” Yet true health lies not in more tasks, but in deeper connection: to ourselves, to our bodies, and to the community around us. This session invites you to drop beneath the surface sparkle and into inner radiance. You’ll be guided to slow, settle, and soften into your wintering season — giving yourself permission to turn inward, release what has been moving fast, and embody warmth and glow from inside out. In a container of shared presence, we’ll breathe, move lightly, share energy, and remember the power in stillness and community.

You will experience deep nervous system regulation, somatic reflection, and embodied connection to the season’s sacred pause. This is not about having more. It’s about feeling more.

It’s time you discover the healing power that’s already within you! Breathwork can create profound transformation from the inside out in all areas of our life when practiced regularly. As a breathwork mentor and facilitator, I'm committed to showing you how to use the language of the body to nurture greater balance internally and call in all that you desire externally, too. We're talking deep nervous system regulation!

All of my classes are taught through a trauma-informed lens and utilize somatic (body) based techniques. This is a safe space to land and all of you is welcome here! Each group class I teach is unique and lovingly created from scratch letting intuition and authenticity lead. Topics, themes, and teachings will vary and include breath techniques to promote harmony and healing in the mind-body-spirit complex. During each session, I also provide energy work in alignment with the focus of the class and individual needs.
