Overview:

Art-making Heals: Teen Art Wellness Workshops is a monthly event designed to provide a safe and supportive space for teenagers to explore the healing power of art. Held on the 3rd Saturday of every month, each workshop delves into a different theme and art-making process. Professional art therapists lead these workshops and offer a holistic approach to well-being through creative expression.

This workshop is designed for teens ages 13-18 interested in exploring therapeutic art techniques and nurturing self-expression. We believe fostering a supportive environment among individuals within a similar age group enhances the workshop experience and promotes meaningful connections among participants.
