About this event

Overview:

Join us for a transformative journey through creativity and self-expression with our monthly Art Wellness Workshops. Led by professional art therapists, these workshops provide a supportive space for individuals to explore various art-making techniques while tapping into the healing power of creativity. Each month, we delve into a different theme, guiding participants through a structured process of self-discovery and personal growth.

This workshop is designed for adults (19+) who are interested in exploring healing art techniques and nurturing self-expression. We believe fostering a supportive environment among individuals within a similar age group enhances the workshop experience and promotes meaningful connections among participants.
