Join us for an enchanting evening of creativity and fun at the grand opening of Girl Scout DreamLab's new art gallery! This special event celebrates the imaginative artworks of young artists from across the state and offers an array of hands-on art activities for children of all ages. This event is open to everyone in the community. You don't have to be a Girl Scout, or a girl, to attend.
Activities include:
- Stencil Rubbings: Let your imagination run wild with stencil rubbings! Kids can choose from a variety of stencils to create beautiful textured artwork.
- Collage: Dive into the world of collage! Kids will have access to many materials including magazine cutouts, patterned paper, fabric scraps, stickers and more to create their own masterpiece.
- Paper Marbling: Experience the magic of paper marbling! Kids will learn this mesmerizing technique by swirling dye into shaving cream and transferring the beautiful patterns onto paper, creating one-of-a-kind designs.
Bring your friends and family to this joyous celebration of art and creativity! Whether you're participating in the hands-on activities or simply admiring the young artists' gallery, there's something for everyone in the community to enjoy at our opening night gala!
Tickets are for kids only. Adults do not need a ticket to attend. This is not a drop-off event. All children are required to come with a parent, caregiver or troop leader. Space for this event is limited. If you can no longer attend, please let us know so another person can take your spot.
