Art for a Lifetime

The evening begins in the fourth-floor gallery with the Art for a Lifetime Achievement Awards. Thereby establishing a tradition for the Cincinnati Art Club, as we all honor two past presidents, Roger Heuck and Kay Worz. They have dedicated their lifetime to visual art by creating, collecting, teaching, administrating, and promoting art in the community, and we are delighted to pay tribute to these two artists at this celebration.

Following the awards, will be a Live Art Auction of paintings and photography. Eight carefully chosen CAC artists who have also dedicated their lives to art and continue to inspire with their creations will have their work auctioned to the highest bidder. (Artists: Brian Burt, Ursula Brenner, Ray Hassard, MaryBeth Karaus, Gail Morrison, David Mueller, Tom Post, Jens Rosenkrantz, Jr.)

The evening continues in the first-floor gallery with a historic exhibition of Cincinnati Art Club’s past presidents and Cincinnati’s significant artists from the past 133 years, delicious food by the bite, special beverages, music, raffle baskets and an over-all celebration.

The Cincinnati Art Club is advancing its mission of cultivating the knowledge and love of visual art by raising awareness concerning our long 133-year art history and how we support the community. Additionally, the money raised at this event will assist our Capital Campaign to renovate our facility, make it ADA compliant, and address other structural issues. Our goal is to raise $500,000. The first fundraising event, The Big Lift Art Auction, which took place in October 2023 was incredible, and we are thankful to the 90 artists that participated by creating and donating their 12”x12” panels. Thus far, we have raised approximately $105,000. We are grateful to all our supporters, artists, donors, and volunteers!!!
