Join us for an immersive experience with Techno Tai Chi by NOOCI, co-organised with not-for-profit art organisation HART. This unique collaboration harmonizes traditional practices with modern soundscapes, guiding you through flowing movements inspired by Taoist Breathwork to help mobilize your energy (Qi). Surrounded by the art-making environment at HART Haus, the workshop helps to find your center and connect your mind with your body. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a curious newcomer, Techno Tai Chi promises to awaken your senses and elevate your spirit!
Techno Tai Chi fuses the traditional TCM roots of NOOCI with HART’s commitment to fostering local creativity and community building. Join us for this unique event that celebrates the synergy of tradition and modernity, where the ancient art of tai chi meets the energy of electronic music.

4:30pm, Registration
4:45-5:45pm, Techno Tai Chi
5:50-6:30pm, Art studio visits with drinks & nibbles
Early bird tickets are avilable from December 27, 2024 - January 6, 2025.
General admission are available from January 7, 2025 - January 18, 2025.
Every ticket includes a Techno Tai Chi session, guided tour of HART Haus with drinks & nibbles, and a NOOCI gift bag. Limited spaces available per session.
About Our Partners
Master Bernard Kwan
Bernard Kwan teaches mind and body principles that help realign the body and awaken the power of insight. This awareness allows you to make changes in your current attitudes and achieve peace, strength and balance in your everyday life. He has studied a number of Eastern and Western practices, which include yoga, Qigong, martial arts (aikido, tai chi and baguazhang) as well as Zen and Taoist meditation for over 20 years. Integrating these variegated approaches, he provides a multi-faceted approach to strengthen the mind and body.
DJ Swan
Shawn Campbell, aka DJ Swan, is an avid music collector and occasional DJ. Shawn has always valued music’s emotional qualities and this collaboration with Bernard Kwan and NOOCI resonates with the impact that music can have on the self. Music is, by its very nature, temporal and therefore, matches seamlessly with the flowing nature of tai chi. Although the event is not constrained by purists’ definition of ‘techno’, the music selected is mostly minimal techno & electronica allowing listeners to eliminate the outside environment and concentrate inwardly.
