ART + DESIGN 2: Applied Practice APRIL MAY

ART + DESIGN 2: Applied Practice, welcomes kids at the level where they are at. This class brings together an exploration of art materials, building upon the fundamentals of art, with a strong emphasis on design & design thinking. The design thinking methodologies are modeled from Stanford’s d.school aka design school. Design exercises will build students’ non linear, iterative process that is used to understand users, challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions to prototype and test.
