We've done the tandem class, now we're doing the mamas-only class! Tuck your kiddos in, hand over the baby monitor, and head over :)
Moms need art too. Join us for a plethora of medias: acrylic, pastels, collage, mosiacs, watercolor, and more!
We'll be exploring how arts & crafts can help us take care of ourselves. Our classes will always have a theme, things like: anxiety management, expressing emotions, envisioning a future, gratitude practices, and more.
*You do not need to be an artist to attend*
Creativity is for everyone. This will not be a deep dive into how to make a professional oil painting, think of it more of a relaxing and social creativity night.
Each class starts with a short talk & meditation to get us into the creative mode. Then, we make :)
One of the best parts of this class is the opportunity to make great friends with other mamas!
