We are excited to inform you about our art Mindfulness and yoga beach events. We want to emphasize that these events have been specially designed to cater to individuals with physical skeletal and muscular conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, chronic pain, and muscular diseases. Our primary objective is to create an inclusive space where everyone can comfortably participate and practice alongside one another. We have adapted our classes to ensure that those experiencing pain or involuntary movements can fully engage and enjoy the benefits of these activities.
