The Pittsburgh Department of Mobility and Infrastructure invites you to "Arriving at Mobility Solutions". This presentation by guest speaker Jeff Tumlin will cover a wide range of important topics about the ways Pittsburgers get around including: changing land use, new mobility options, parking, and more. 
Mr. Jeffrey Tumlin (or Jeff) serves as Principal and Director of Strategy at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, Inc. Mr. Tumlin is an expert in helping communities define what they value and building consensus on complex and controversial projects. He understands that managing parking and transportation demand is a critical tool for revitalizing city centers and creating sustainable places. In his work he helps balance all modes of transportation in complex places to achieve a community’s wider goals and best utilize their limited resources. He serves as a Director of Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, Inc. He is the author of Sustainable Transportation Planning: Tools for Creating Healthy, Vibrant and Resilient Communities (Wiley, 2012). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Urban Studies from Stanford University.
