Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space designed purely for rest.

This aromathrapy sound bath is a deeply calming experience where soothing sound frequencies meet the gentle power of essential oils.

As you like back and relax, you'll be guided into stillness before being immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls, allowing your body and mind to fully unwind. Carefully selected essential ouls will be diffused throughout the space to support relaxation, grounding and emotional release. This month we will be using a lavender blend and this will include a small sample to take home

This is your time to pause, reset and be held with no pressure and no expectations, just space to breathe

Why Aromatherapy?

Aromatherapy enhances the sound bath expereince by gently influencing the nervous system through scent. Each oil chosen to deepen relaxation, support emotional balance and create a multi-sensory journey.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:

1) Please arrive on time. Unfortunately, I can't issue refunds for latenes.

2) If you have a persistent cough or you're showing any Covid -19 symptoms, please DO NOT attend the session. We reserve the right to refuse entry. You can pass on your ticket to family or friends as we can't offer last minute refunds. See our cancellation policy below.

3) Upon arrival, please store your belongings at the back of the studio to help keep the studio entrance clear and comfortable for everyone. Please do not bring outside food or drink into the venue.

4) Clothing: Please wear comfortable and warm clothing. As you relax, your body temperature drops, so please make sure to be comfy and cosy.

No shoes allowed in the studio

5) This session is not suitable for people with pacemakers and other therapeutic electronic devices or persons suffering from severe mental health issues, epilepsy, vertigo, high blood pressure ir hypertension due to the vibratory nature of the session. These sessions are not suitable for 1st Trimester Pregnancy. If you are pregnant you will be attending at your own discression. Please seek advice from your GP if you have any concerns prior to attending our session.

6)Essential oils are natural but powerful. Please take care if you have: Allergies, asthma, or respiratory conditions. Skin sensitivities or fragrance sensitivities. Pregnancy or breastfeeding. Medical conditions affected by scents such as migraines. Always contact a GP if you are unsure wether you
