Living in the city has incredible advantages unique to urban life. With that come some
disadvantages as well. We battle stress in dealing with crowds, noise and a hurried pace on a
daily basis. What can we do to help restore harmony to our mind and spirit? This is where
aromatherapy comes in! We will discuss, smell and experience five different essential oils which
either ground, calm or uplift. Please join us to create your own harmonizing aromatic blend to
support yourself during harried times. Each student will leave with their own roll on product to fit
readily into a purse, carry bag or coat pocket.
