Dhaka is the witness of the Armenian colony who came as a part of the migration of Armenians from Persia. The Armenian community of Dhaka played a significant role in Bengali trade and commerce. This community in Dhaka was small but vibrant. Some wealthy Armenians used to reside in European-style bungalows. Unbeknownst to many, few untold stories of changing fortunes, we will rival this walking tour.

Walk Leader: Suman Kumar Roy, a public historian currently working as a Graduate Assistant at Arkansas State University, pursuing a Ph.D. in Heritage Studies. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is the visionary founder of Lost Panorama, a pioneering historical research-based organization. With a Master’s degree in Heritage Studies, History, and Development Studies. Mr. Roy specializes in history, heritage, culture, media, socioeconomics, and politics. His diverse career experience includes roles in historical research, journalism, creative production, strategic planning, and business development in organizations such as GREY Worldwide and Starcom. He is passionate about history, culture, and heritage and currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA.

Lost Panorama is a historical research-based organization that provides Heritage Walk, Brand History, and Research Consultancy for tourists and organizations.
